Inspire, Challenge, Support

I provide training, coaching and mentoring to communities and individuals, to schools and teachers, across the UK as well as internationally. My work with teachers and schools is informed by my extensive experience in facilitating philosophical dialogue and inquiry with children – in primary and secondary schools, and the home education world. My work with schools focuses on embedding philosophical dialogue and inquiry across the curriculum. I have also mentored students from all ages and walks of life, including PhD students, in critical thinking and writing.

I am particularly interested in the intersection between philosophical practice and mental health and the transformative potential of speaking, listening, and silence which happens in and through dialogue.

I hold a PhD in Continental Philosophy from the University of Essex, an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the LSE, and a BA in Philosophy and Sociology (Essex). I am in the process of completing my Certificate in Gestalt Group Facilitation from the Gestalt Centre in London. I am a consultant and registered trainer with SAPERE (Level 1 and 3), DialogueWorks, and Thinking Space. I am also a member of SAPERE's Professional Standards Board.

I live in London with my daughter and partner.
