Accredited Teacher Training and Workshops

Do you need practical, inspiring, and evidence-based training that makes a real difference in your school?

The courses I offer in Philosophy for Children (P4C) and Metacognition help teachers create a school-wide culture of enquiry and dialogue while building better relationships. Students develop their skills in critical thinking, oracy, and self-awareness, becoming more confident and self-directed learners.

Below is a small selection of what I offer. I also offer bespoke courses and whole school interventions in Anti-Bias Education and How to Build Better Relationships Across the School. Please enquire with me to discuss your needs.

Better Questioning
with P4C

Do you want your teachers and your students to ask better questions?

This workshop equips practitioners with a Questioning Toolkit to drive higher order questioning and overcome obstacles in developing the enquiry potential of students’ questions. This can be offered as a 90 minute or 3 hour workshop.

[E]xceptionally well planned and highly interactive. The session was tailored to the needs of our staff, providing both practical tools and valuable opportunities for us to enhance our philosophical skills as a team. The workshop successfully balanced thought-provoking discussion with hands-on activities, encouraging us to think deeply about the types of questions we ask in the classroom and how they shape student learning.
I would highly recommend this workshop
